Responsibilities:
- Assist Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef/Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Please note that bartending experience is not required for this position.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
