Commis Chef - Luxury 4 Star Hotel and Spa
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commis Chef for a luxury 4-star hotel near Dartford. As the Commis Chef you will work alongside the hotels experienced Head Chef and brigade of 14 team members who are preparing top quality fresh food across the hotels range of restaurants and menus.

• Basic salary of £25380
• 40 hours per week- all overtime paid.
• An additional end of financial year service charge bonus also paid.

The Person
The successful Commis Chef will have the following.

• Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation
• Experience across a variety of kitchen sections.
• Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence.
• The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offering.
