SalaryWe are looking for a creative and passionate breakfast chef to join our progressive team.
Our kitchen is within a small boutique Countryside Inn in the Chilterns. We are a unique site with full autonomy of our seasonal menus with our breakfast menu compromising of classical British dishes. We use high-quality ingredients from local suppliers and we are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience.
In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast offering meets the highest standards of quality and presentation, You would also be assisting with general food preparation for lunchtime service.
We are looking for a chef who has:
- Preferably previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail
- An understanding of breakfast dishes including egg cookery
- A passion for using fresh ingredients
- The initiative to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer:
- 12 per hour plus tips. Paid fortnightly
- 7 am-11 am shifts over 5 days (including weekends)
