At Whittlebury Park we are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our busy Kitchen Department
Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
What will you do?
As a Commis Chef you will:
- Clean and prepare fall pastry products
- Ensure all ready to eat and raw foods are stoted correctly and date stamped
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping areas clean and tidy
- Work collaboratively with the team to cook and prepare dishes for all food & beverage outlets
- Assist in the setting up of banqueting buffets and TDH service
You may also be putting away General and Food Stores items, ensuring all food items are date stamped.
The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
