Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to work within our clients brand new care home for the elderly. This stunning home will be opening early next year and will need a manager to build a strong team of carers and nurses and lead from the front in delivering high quality care. Commissioning Home Manager Vacancy Details:
- Competitive salary of £70,000 + Annual bonuses (Bonuses depend on performance, occupancy levels and quality of care)
- Full time contract, permanent contract
- On call duties
- Start and Finish times = TBC in contract upon successful offer of employment.
Commissioning Home Manager experience and skills:
- You must have at least 6 years within home management.
- You must have a great reputation with CQC results and inspections.
- You must have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management as a minimum.
- You must have had previous experience dealing with the local authority.
