What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of 85,000 per annum
• Annual bonus (40% of salary), OTE of 119,000
• Commissioning Bonus

What the Commissioning Home Manager Will Be Doing:

• Drive occupancy from scratch.
• Build and manage your own team with a strategic recruitment approach.
• Ensure profit and loss aligns with the budget.
• Maintain compliance with business governance, risk management processes, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on Health & Safety Regulations.
• Register the service with Local Authorities.
• Establish HR functions for the care home, including performance management, inductions, and training.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the care home's reputation.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Registered Home Manager with senior management experience.
• Proven track record in successfully managing a care home, particularly in an elderly setting.
• Nurse qualification is advantageous; experience managing clinical teams is essential.
• Commissioning home experience is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills.
