Commodity Futures Quantitative Trader

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in Commodity Futures markets, analyzing market trends and identifying profitable opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing new systematic trading strategies to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.
• Monitor market developments, news, and events to stay informed and capitalize on market inefficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with senior traders to generate trade ideas and enhance trading performance.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics to support decision-making and evaluation processes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Commodity Futures trading, with a strong understanding of commodity markets and trading strategies.
• Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
• Excellent quantitative skills, with proficiency in Python or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
