Comms Lead

This exciting opportunity for a Comms Lead has arisen to support the implementation of a new EPR system within an NHS organisation, you will be leading the Communications & Engagement workstream within the EPR Connecting Care Programme, providing oversight and coordination across the wider transformation effort, inclusive of Change Management and Training.

Some of the responsbilities you will have during the duration of this contract include:

• Facilitation & organisation, in conjunction with other Programme team members, of planned engagement events
• Chairing & facilitation of Communications Steering Group
• Constant, consistent engagement with overarching Trust Comms teams to ensure alignment with wider Trusts' communications campaigns, initiatives and strategic goals
• Liaison with Oracle Cerner counterparts to ensure combined understanding and delivery of Comms & Engagement objectives
• Identification & escalation where necessary of Risks & Issues pertaining to Comms & Engagement, providing proposed mitigation where possible
• Establishing working relationship and collaboration internally within Programme team, focusing on Change, Training and Comms

We are looking for candidates with the following experiences:

- Prior NHS experience

- Cerner EPR experience is desirable

- Experience as a Comms Lead during large system implementations

This role requires 3 days on site per week as a minimum, subject to change as per business requirements.

Based South of London, the organisation is based an just over an hour from Kings Cross St Pancras Station in Central London.
