The Opportunity
We are going to be undergoing a period of exponential growth throughout the next 18 months, and are looking for a Communication and Engagement Lead to join us on this exciting journey. This involves embedding a culture where every employee feels their voices are heard, and are excited for the opportunities working for us can present. This will be achieved through a variety of internal communication strategies, as well as hosting events for our 2500 account employees.
You'll be:
- Developing an annual communications and Engagement plan and calendar for the account, aiming to support objectives, improve colleague retention and align with the company-wide strategy.
- Driving maximum participation and Engagement with Communication and Engagement activities including regular channels, EMT Road shows, Ask Us Anything sessions, Town Halls etc.
- Contributing across internal channels, such as newsletters, Account Director blog, Business Bulletins, and Team Talk People Stories.
- Driving engagement across Customer Service activities, including Diversity & Inclusion, and Charity.
- Delivering all elements of Account communications and Engagement plan including all Account-specific channels, events and activities.

- Confident, positive, bubbly and diligent with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills, and able to adapt your approach to match the audience.
- A self-starter and resourceful, excited to support the company's growth.
- Have a background working within internal communications and Engagement roles.
