Communications & Engagement Officer - Maternity Cover 9 month fixed term contract - Start date end of March 2024 Full time (35 hours per week) Hybrid - two days in the Crawley office Are you looking to take the next step in your marketing career? Our client, a national well-established business is looking for a Communications and Engagement Officer to join their friendly team at their office in Crawley. As Communications and Engagement officer , you will report to the Head of Marketing and Engagement and will play an important role in communicating the organisations aims and services to a wide range of stakeholders and achieving the business objectives. Main responsibilities include: Producing and delivering creative and meaningful campaigns, materials, and content to communicate the business's work and to engage/grow specific audiences Marketing, logistical, and operational events management for three major annual events Day-to-day management of social media/online agency, including content and campaign planning Responsible for the day-to-day management of the website, including sourcing and writing content, editing the site as required to ensure that brand and content consistency, and relevance, is maintained Production of 'real-world' materials such as brochures, leaflets, flyers etc to support the business portfolio of products and services Working on additional projects as required to achieve organisational, and project-based, objectives This is a maternity leave cover for 9 months to start in March 2024, full time opportunity working 35 hours a week with hybrid working on offer.
