For more than thirty years, Start360 has been a pivotal front-line provider of transformative support services in the areas of criminal justice, employability, and health, for young people and adults at risk, and their families, across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement communication action plans to deliver on the goals outlined in our Communications and Engagement Strategy.
- Provide support for the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and wider staff by writing and editing high-quality materials for a range of audiences, including news releases, reactive media statements, thought leadership/opinion pieces, digital newsletters (internal and external), speeches, and presentations.
- Develop literature and promotional material to promote Start360 and its services and ensure that it is distributed effectively to targeted audiences, including those hard to reach or vulnerable.
- Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with planned and reactive opportunities to engage with elected representatives and key decision-makers around key service areas and new service needs.
