The Communications and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering the Communications and Marketing activity across the Centre, contributing to their ability to achieve their purpose of enabling their community to thrive.

The purpose of this role is to promote the centre and their various activities to their community and varies stakeholders through the development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of a Communications and Marketing plan across multiple channels (including website and social media platforms). The role will oversee consistency in terms of quality, voice, tone, branding, messaging and frequency of all their communications.

The post holder needs to ensure that our Communications and Marketing activity aligns with the organisation’s strategy; expanding and growing audiences among t those who might support us as well as among those that use them. The activity needs to be properly targeted and their limited resources appropriately allocated.

This role will work closely with colleagues across the Centre to ensure that their approach to Communications and Marketing aligns with their ambition to be a community-led organisation, working with local people to develop and implement a person-centred, holistic and integrated model of support, driven by what matters to the community.

You may have experience in the following: Public Relations Specialist, Media Relations Coordinator, Brand Communications Associate, Marketing Communications Specialist, Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Digital Marketing Assistant.
