We also support 69 member organisations across Northern Ireland in the delivery of high-quality advice services by working with them to enhance their standards and service delivery.
We act as a voice for the independent advice sector and offer a range of award-winning training schemes and campaigns to improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland.
We are now seeking a Communications Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Communications Co-ordinator, you will create engaging content that raises awareness of our services and those of our member organisations.
Providing organisation-wide support for projects, you will oversee the delivery of key messages across a range of media channels, contributing to impactful campaigns.
You will also create content for social media, websites, press releases and print, and co-ordinate external promotions.
Additionally, you will:

• Act as a point of contact for journalists and media contacts
• Handle media and comms queries, as well as issuing statements
• Facilitate media interviews and conferences
• Support the Communications Manager
• Ensure content is produced in line with our brand guidelines

About You
To be considered as a Communications Co-ordinator, you will need:

• Experience in planning and executing successful communications and marketing campaigns
• Experience in creating compelling, newsworthy content that conveys key messages
• Experience working with case studies, ensuring the ethical use of data
• A deep understanding of various media channels and their effectiveness in reaching target audiences
