The role holder will be joining a high-performing, hand-selected team of industry professionals, subject matter experts, career consultants, designers and developers, who combine their experience to deliver bespoke solutions. Staying up-to-date with communications best practices and trends, the successful applicant will support the Content Manager in developing and deploying communications plans. Managing communications channels such as email marketing and company websites, you will create compelling content for website copy, social media posts, blogs, awards, executive messaging, and other external and internal communications. You will take the lead on day-to-day communications for investor relations and be responsible for the creation of 3 monthly company newsletters. The Communications Executive will also contribute to thought leadership initiatives, assist with social media activities and support on communications concerning company financial performance, mergers and acquisitions and other material events.
The ideal candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with previous experience in a communications or marketing role gained whilst working in either a B2B marketing environment or a public company. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, the Communications Executive will possess a great eye for detail in writing and proofreading copy, excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities and outstanding writing and editing skills including a strong ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Proficiency with social media platforms and communications tools will be essential whilst previous experience with investor relations will be highly advantageous.
