SalaryMy client a regional Construction and Civil Engineering contractor with multiple offices across the southern region and a successful turnover of £109M. Are currently seeking to employ on a permanent basis a Communications Manager with solid experience within the construction industry. Ideally, based around the Hampshire/Dorset region.
Working on a wide variety of schemes including flood defence, highways, water treatment plant, new-buid education facilities and refurbishment on MOD projects, projects traditionally ranging between £100K - £30M.
Key Accountability's:
- Produce and carry out communications material to promote the work of the contractor.
- Plan & carry out social events, to promote the business.
- Regularly visit projects to obtain updates & images to share online on their website ad social media platforms.
- Produce communications & social engagement plans.

- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
About You:
- Previous experience within the construction industry and within a communications-based role.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and report writing skills.
- Past experience within a client facing role.
- Ability to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels.
