Job Description
- Plan and execute diverse communication activities supporting strategic themes like defence, sustainability, and technology.
- Develop core content and messaging to facilitate campaign-led storytelling for wider communications teams.
- Drive integrated planning and delivery across communication teams to ensure impactful and consistent communications.
- Collaborate with other functions, such as ESG, Culture, and Transformation, to identify storytelling opportunities for customers and employees.
- Lead external monitoring for informed communications planning.
- Utilise data to develop stakeholder insights, support measurement programs, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven industry experience in communications with a focus on planning, delivering, and evaluating strategies for internal and external target audiences.
- Strong skills in building stakeholder relationships, including the ability to create robust networks and influence stakeholders, while providing guidance to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to be a catalyst for change, actively identifying solutions and driving new ideas within the communications domain.
- Desirable knowledge in the defence sector, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within this industry.
- Additional desirable expertise in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters, indicating a broader awareness of contemporary business concerns.

Salary: Circa £46,000 pro-rated plus executive benefits
