If you answered yes to these questions, we have a great opportunity for a Communications Officer to join us on a permanent and full-time basis.
A bit about the role:
As a Communications Officer, you'll play a vital role in delivering integrated regional communications to meet our goals. From developing a range of content for various channels to providing support and counsel to colleagues, you'll be at the heart of our communication efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering communication plans for projects such as regeneration consultations, new developments, communities, and resident engagement events.
- Proactively identifying and writing compelling content to effectively communicate messages to our target audiences.
- Planning, writing, and collaborating with colleagues across the communications team to deliver a variety of resident and customer communications, including letters, presentations, newsletters, web articles, and social media posts.
- Acting as a reporter in our communities, creating news articles, capturing photography, and producing video content for use across multiple channels.
- Creating content for national campaigns supported by our organisation and adapting content to align with our brand and values.
This role will involve a minimum of two days per week on-site, either at our offices or in the community.
