Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Communications, Social Marketing and Social Media Officer to start a new role in Birkenhead.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, flexible and self-motivated Communications & Social Marketing Officer to provide support to the Champs Public Health Collaborative Communications & Social Marketing team.
The Champs Communications & Social Marketing team is responsible for all internal and external communications, including media relations and developing and implementing Social Marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time temporary role for the next 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of the communications and marketing plan for the Public Health Collaborative on behalf of the Cheshire and Merseyside Directors of Public Health Executive Board.
Support a number of programme leads across the nine Cheshire and Merseyside Local Authorities and wider stakeholder community in the development, preparation and delivery of communications and marketing activity.
Support the amplification and promotion of national awareness campaigns that align with the Champs priorities to stakeholders and the public as necessary.
Support the Communications and Marketing programme lead with copywriting and production of newsletters and publications, producing website copy, website maintenance/development, Social Media management, developing and sending e-mail campaigns, reviewing analytical reports and keeping the Champs contact database up to date
Applicant Requirements:
Experience: Experience of delivering high quality communications activity, copywriting, Social Media, website content management and e-mail marketing systems is also required
Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English equivalent to level C and above and equivalent experience.
Compliance: Right to Work in the UK
Hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:15pm
