A top FTSE100 company are currently looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team on a 6-month initial contract, based in their offices in London 1 / 2 days a week.
Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.
You will support the development and delivery of communication plans and activities for individual change projects to drive awareness, alignment and adoption in support of the transformation communications strategy.
In this role you will..

• Develop and deliver communications and engagement plan and activities for individual change projects to build awareness, understanding and adoption by stakeholder groups, as part of the overall change approach
• Provide input to overall transformation communications and campaigns with the Head of Transformation Communications to drive awareness and alignment with stakeholder groups across the business.
• Review and develop action plans to address communications feedback, provide advice and guidance on improving engagement and communications and review and update plans accordingly.

Key skills & experience required

• Developing organisational transformation objectives into communications and engagement deliverables
• Excellent writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• working effectively in a matrix model involving multiple contributors
