Community and Events Executive

We are looking for an Events Executive to join an inspiring social welfare charity to deliver and project manage specific flagship events including expanding and increasing the income and reach of the products.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office

The Role
Manage the project for all relevant events, contract negations, budget management, supporter journeys, volunteer recruitment and multichannel marketing.
Oversee Fundraisers/ supporters experiences from initial interest through to post- event, with specific focus on increasing average gifts and and improving retention.
Nurture and build relationships with suppliers to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all relevant events.
Lead and attend meetings as required with project managers of other events to ensure constancy and and productivity across the programme.
The Candidate
Previous event experience as part of a fundraising team.
Experience independently overseeing an event form start to finish, including the budget management.
Excellent oral and communication skills.
Computer literate, comfortable using MS office tools.
