Events Executive - Branded Hotel

As a Meetings & Events (M&E) Sales Executive, you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. You’ll be managing meetings and events enquiries efficiently, and delivering excellence to all of our valued customers and clients as part of a vibrant team. If you’re our ideal meeting and Events Executive, you will: Increase conversion of enquiries by developing client relationships and maximising sales leads Produce function sheets and liaise closely with the hotel operational teams to ensure the smooth running of events Ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi are updated with accurate and relevant information in line with event contract – attention to detail is key! Work with the M&E Office Manager to ensure revenue targets are achieved Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries in timely manner, according to our department methods and standards Upsell to enquiries where possible (food & beverages, bedrooms, leisure facilities, etc.) Arrange and conduct final details meeting/calls with organizer prior to event. Produce function sheets for all events ensuring all necessary detail is noted ensuring all final detail including delegate numbers, rooming’s lists and timings are collected from booker.
