- Schedule: Full time / Days

- Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
A Day in the Life of an RMN:
As a community mental health nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are met.
- Administering medication at scheduled times to address patient needs.
- Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, offering support, and monitoring progress.
- Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and creating a secure environment for treatment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
- Proven community experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to patients.
