Property Sales Consultant

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a very successful, leading property development company who are recruiting for a confident and friendly and hospitality driven Property Sales Consultant.  Work with the sales team in stunning surroundings.  The role is a permanent opportunity near Folkestone and requires working onsite with the team.

Typical working days are Thursday to Monday with one weekend off per month.  

The role - Reporting into the Sales Director, the Property Sales Consultant will be responsible for all meet and greets, viewings from initial enquiry through to completion. You will also support with the sales process administration and be a great ambassador for the company.

The Property Sales Consultant will be required to do the following:

• Meet and greet and show round prospective buyers

• Following up new enquiries/ viewings from the initial enquiry through to completion

• Understand your market competitors

• Review the site presentation daily to ensure all the standards are high

• Ensure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR

The successful Property Sales Consultant should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous hospitality or property experience

• Polished and presentable individual

• Strong planning and organisational skills

• Excellent people skills

• Strong communication skills verbally and written

• Friendly, trustworthy and a professional attitude

• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team

The Property Sales Consultant will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000, pplus OTE earnings of £45,000+ and excellent company benefits.
