Position: Sales Consultant - Luxury Property
Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000+)

- Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Drive sales of luxury properties through effective client relationship management and exceptional service
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the property market
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, showcasing the unique features and benefits of high-end properties
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional client experiences
- Work flexibly, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules and demands
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Luxury Property market
- Tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Excellent communication skills; articulate and persuasive
- Charismatic personality with the ability to build strong relationships
- A keen interest in and passion for the property sector
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the needs of the business
- Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a bonus, but not a requirement
