We are seeking a compassionate carer to provide support and assistance for an young lady with physical disabilities and complex health needs. This young lady has Cerebral palsy, epilepsy, receives peg feeding and all medications via peg tube, and requires oral suctioning. Due to the complexity of the care required the individual should have previous experience of peg feeding and working with adults with disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and other daily living activities. Additionally, you will be required to monitor the individual's well-being, communicate effectively with their family and medical professionals, and maintain accurate records of care provided. Another important part of your role will be assisting this young girl in getting out into the community, so having a Driving License is necessary for this position.
