Community Care Solicitor

A Top Tier law firm with offices located nationally is currently looking to expand their Community Care department in Central London with an addition Community Care Solicitor/Supervisor.
The Community Care team  deals with the care people receive in their own homes, institutional accommodation or from health and housing services.
This department offers help in accessing social care services for those who are not receiving the appropriate care that they need. These people are often vulnerable members of society who should be receiving satisfactory and appropriate care from institutions and organisations that have the duty to help.
This team of lawyers have unrivalled knowledge and experience. They have received various awards of the legal aid and Community Care work that they undertake.
Skills required:

• Court Of Protection Health and Welfare background (Highly advantageous)
• Supervisory experience
• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Exec

• Working knowledge of the publicly funded Community Care work and have the ability to service privately funded cases
• Have extensive experience in dealing with Wills & Probate related work
• Experience in own advocacy is an advantage
