Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial management experience in a relevant field
- A proven track record of successfully implementing and managing projects
- Experience in health or social care environments, with excellent analytical skills
- The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and adapt to changing priorities
- Alignment with the vision and values of the Hospice and SELICS
