Who are we looking for? 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial management experience in a relevant field 
• A proven track record of successfully implementing and managing projects 
• Experience in health or social care environments, with excellent analytical skills  
• The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and adapt to changing priorities 
• Alignment with the vision and values of the Hospice and SELICS
