Role requirements

As a Community Care Worker you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll need:

• At least 6 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
• The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
• A valid Moving and Handling certificate
• The right to work in the UK
• This position requires applicants to be registered with Social Care Wales (SCW).

You could make a difference to an individual's life

As part of this role, you will be supporting an adult female with Addisons Disease and Fibromyalgia who exhibits challenging behaviours. You will be assisting with all aspects of care including to support with personal care, accessing the community, prompting medications and supporting hospital visits. Female staff only and must be a driver with UK Manual Licence.

The shifts for this role are: Mon – Fri: 08:30-13:30 and 15:30-20:30. Sat and Sun: 08:30-13:00 and 15:00-19:30.
