We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Cartrefi Conwy team as a Community Caretaking, based from our Abergele Head Office.
This role provides a caretaking service to include communal areas and the surrounding environments of properties and housing complexes throughout the areas within which Cartrefi Conwy operates and which provides and organisational presence to ensure generalsecurity and peace of mind for its residents.
Duties include but not limited to working within a number of complexes and blocks of flats, including surrounding areas such as gardens, pathways, car parks, storage areas and communal lounges.
