SalaryThe purpose of our Fundraising Marketing Manager role is to take on the ownership of delivering an annual strategic fundraising marketing plan that helps the overall team to deliver their agreed target income. You will lead the fundraising, marketing, planning and implementation process from helping develop new ideas, to approving activity briefs with clear objectives, to briefing the relevant marketing teams for their input into your campaign proposal, to manage delivery and afterwards, presenting campaign evaluation reports that give insight into future activity.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and agree an annual strategic fundraising marketing plan (working closely with the Marketing and Fundraising Heads and Directors) ensuring key activities are aligned to maximise income generation and help achieve ambitious targets.
- Oversee the implementation of this marketing plan against specific campaign objectives with agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to report on and evaluate monthly.
- Act as the main liaison for the Fundraising Team, creating your own process to receive requests for activity, evaluate against your agreed plan, agree next steps and in some cases propose alternative activity.
- Work with the Content Team to ensure campaigns deliver key brand and service messaging across relevant channels, following best practice, applying targeted audience segmentation.
- Work with all the Marketing Team to develop further insight based on monthly reporting and feed recommendations back into fundraising marketing planning meetings.
- Ensure all fundraising campaigns align with the Marketing Team’s own objectives:
- To increase awareness of Rennie Grove Peace across our local catchment.
- To improve understanding of our full range of services.
- To grow our total supporter database.
- To help generate specific income targets.
- To help deliver recruitment campaigns for team and volunteers.
- Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
