Community Manager required ASAP!
This role is to look after two premium workspace centres, splitting your time between the City (3/4 days per week) and West London (1/2 days per week).
You will work alongside a proactive team within high spec, flexible Office Spaces and your clients/ tenants will be from a wide range of businesses. For this reason it is vital that you are adaptable and capable in juggling requests and liaising with all levels from juniors to board level decision makers.
No two days are the same, you could be wrapped up in facilities tasks one minute and assisting with glamorous client events the next.
Overview of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● The ability to conduct an effective site tour, identifying what a prospective member needs, you will liaise with the sales team and create proposals following viewings.
● Maintain high occupancy rates
● Respond to potential members enquiries, conduct members tours, new members on-boarding
● Manage member renewals and ensure the highest level of retention with a focus on unit profitability.
● Social media community management
● Facilities - have an understanding of problem areas in the location and ensuring performance of maintenance supply partners
● Ensuring members experience a world class product and service and by ensuring your team is aware of the expectations.
● Responsible for chasing member debt, escalating when necessary and facilitating evictions where applicable.
● To provide the animation of the coworkers community through events and enriched service offering
● People management of your team, including onboarding of new hires
