Salary A full time Band 5 Community Nurse post has become available in the Monmouth District Nursing team. The team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously is required.
The role will include a variety of nursing care in the patients home and seeing patients in the on site clinic room for IV infusion/catheters/wounds. The service is integrated and works with the frailty /rapid medical team.
