Healthcare Start-Ups UK Ltd is one of the leading Recruitment & Consultancy Agencies in the UK. With over 30 years experience we provide recruitment services to the healthcare sector & support to Directors setting up their own Healthcare Business for vulnerable adults and children with Home care, Supported Living and Recruitment Services. Due to our growth we are looking for 2 self employed Consultants working from home on a commission basis. This is a full-time role but would consider 3 days per week.
You will have all the support you need to be successful in the role. Our expertise is CQC registrations and Tender writing for these new start-ups, ideally you should have good knowledge of the sector and have a passion for working in the sector at such an early stage.
Experience
- A least 2 years experience as a Consultant
- Good sales experience
- Must be able to convert leads into customer
- Working on your own
- Able to meet weekly and monthly targets
- Good people skills
- Gather information for the complete registration in a timely manner
- Good organisation skills
- Able to work in partnership
- Good people skills
- Good telephone manner
- Attend necessary training
