Salary: Up to £60k DOE + car allowance bonus
The Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with civils / groundworks experience in the West London / Surrey border. This position is with a large groundworks company who mainly work on large residential developments across the South East for top 20 housebuilders.
The Company
This company is a well established groundworks firm with multiple offices in the South East and employee over 450 people. This groundworks company offer a number of services such as RC frames, groundworks, ground remediation and infrastructure
The role will require
- Prepare and negotiate BoQ, tender packages and contract documents
- Monitor and control project costs
- Risk management
- Forecasting and reporting at all stages through to finial accounts
- Attending project meetings
- Liaising with design teams, clients and sub-contractors
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant degree
- Ideally civils / groundworks experience
- UK driving licence
