Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Civils and Infrastructure projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, a leading Civils and Infrastructure contractor, is urgently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for an immediate start on multiple frameworks/projects. You will be working alongside Tier 1 Clients, pricing and managing different frameworks every 1-2 months within a full turnkey project delivery model.

Projects include civil work for railways, such as line side work and geo-embankments, among others. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on infrastructure projects at Heathrow, including airside projects, with frameworks valued between £2-3M.

This client is a leading specialist in the Civils and Infrastructure sector, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they have built a reputation for completing complex projects. Their expertise spans across various sectors including rail, aviation, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Travel from H/O to sites when requried

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Civils/Infrastructure projects.
• Background working with Civil and Infrastructure contractors.
• Immediate availability for a start date.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
