Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a physiotherapist for a well-established company, that provides private physiotherapy services in people s homes and care homes. Our client puts their patients at the heart of everything they do, and they are looking for someone with the same high standards to join their team on a part-time basis.
The job role includes visiting people in their homes and care homes to provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, and treatment interventions. You should display a diverse set of skills to be able to listen and comfort patients, provide up to date treatment plans, communicate with family and carers to ensure care plans are followed, coach carers on therapeutic manual handling, and look to improve the patient's independence and quality of life.
You will join a forward-thinking team to deliver high quality patient care, tailored to meet the patient s needs in the home setting or in a care home. Criteria:
