Community Psychiatric Nurse

Job Title:Community Psychiatric Nurse 

Band: 6

Pay Rates: £25 - £27

Location: London

Team Support Healthcare are working actively and exclusively with a client, who's looking to take on Mental Health Nurses for a community mental health based role, in London. The contract length is for 3 months, with review to extend, and both full time and part time hours are available. 

This position is well suited for an individual that is self motivated, committed and has a genuine interest in the well being of others. Positions are also available at Band 7 too!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing a caseload of 25 patients.
• Working with adults who have a variety of complex mental health conditions.
• You will visit patients in their homes as well as holding meetings at the team base.
• Maintaining nursing records up to date.

Qualifications and Skills

To work as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you must have the following requirements:

• Hold a Mental Health Nursing Degree.
• Previous community experience required.
• Experience managing a caseload 
• Registration with NMC.
• Car driver (preferred) 
• High standards in written and oral communication.
