Community Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a Community Safety Coordinator to assist a Local Authority with reducing the amount of violence in the borough through developing programmes to increase the safety of residents.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating programmes that aim to address matters such as violence against women and girls, and also gang related violence
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to develop a coordinated approach to manage violence related issues across the borough
- Setting goals and targets
- Suggesting improvements for policies

Candidate requirements:

- Experience of working within a similar coordinator role with a local authority
