Temporary Commercial Finance Analyst

Are you a highly commercial Finance Analyst who has extensive experience working with commercial and sales teams providing financial insight into operations. A well-known manufacturing business based near Basildon are looking for a Temporary Commercial Finance professional to help them through several high-profile projects.

This is a great opportunity for either an active ACCA or CIMA studier, Qualified or Qualified by Experience professional to join a fast-growing business and gain high levels of exposure to both operational and Commercial Finance.

What you will do:

• Working closely with the sales, marketing and commercial teams, being the point of contact for all financial analysis concerning budgets and forecasts
• Formulate and build a comprehensive strategy providing detailed analysis on financial outputs while presenting findings to senior management
• Analyse business performance and provide financial insight to support commercial decisions.
• Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
• Create and maintain financial models to highlight risks, opportunities and impact to the wider business
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Participate in cross-functional projects within ta fast-growing environment
