Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Team Leader to join our team of Community Sales Executives for the South Lincolnshire area. This team will be present in our new build areas, representing and promoting the Quickline brand, this will mean attending events and and being physically present in communities. We are looking for teams in the rural areas of north and south Lincolnshire.

You will be out and about in rural communities meeting and speaking with potential customers and making sales
Helping communities come on the buying journey and see the value in Quickline by representing and promoting the brand and values in the communities we serve
Leading by example and coaching your team to achieve - Tracking and reporting team performance and delivering KPIs
Follow and execute the plan set out by the Field Sales Manager
Updating our systems with information, including customer feedback
Answering customer queries on our products
We will give you full training so you feel confident speaking about our products
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
Youhave experience of door to door sales or similar
You have experience of dealing with the public and or potential customers in a professional and friendly manner
You have the ability to learn about products and services and articulate key benefits to potential customers
Ability to use a Quickline IPad / tablet to record information and feedback
You will have experience in leading and supporting others, ideally as a Team Leader
You will need to be able to successfully pass a DBS check and have a full driving licence.
This is a full time role, there would need to be some flexibility such as evenings and weekends for events. But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
