Because we know that, when we work together, we can make a huge difference to bring lasting improvements to vulnerable children's lives., , A bit about the role, , RCT Community Short Breaks allows children to enjoy a safe, meaningful experience and an opportunity has arisen for Community Short Breaks Workers to join our dedicated, friendly, warm and professional team., , Our Community Short Breaks Workers provide essential support to children and young people with disabilities or additional needs, by offering temporary respite care., , Your role will involve organising and supervising activities to promote socialization, independence and personal development. The service allows the families of the children and young people a much-needed break whilst providing the individuals we care for an engaging, safe, supportive and enriching environment., , You'll collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor activities and support to the specific needs of each child or young person., , We are ready to support and develop you to build on the experience you already have.
