About our service
We are located on the outskirts of Llandybie, an 8-bedroom property. Providing support to those with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs including challenging behaviour.

Experience of challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred but all training will be provided.
The role
· To provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
· Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
· General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
· As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.
