We are looking for dedicated individuals to accommodate our growing client base.
We have Full Time, Part time vacancies to cater for everyone who may be interested in working with us. Weekend shifts would be part of your Rota at least on weekend day per week or every other weekend
Excellent rates of pay with travel allowances and higher rates of pay evenings and weekends
KEY DUTIES:
The successful applicants will be kind, caring and compassionate with a desire to make a difference in people lives.
You will be required to undertake a range of duties to support our Service Users personal care and individual needs whilst maintaining their independence, dignity and respect at all times.
We work in the community of chesterfield and this job role would include some hours at a fixed location but could also include some hours within the community
Part time hours of 16 to 24 hours available or full time hours of 25+
Duties may include-
Personal Care (toileting, Shower/bath, Washing)
Light household duties
Medication,
Meal and drink preparation including PEG feeds
Hoisting,
Attending appointments
Accessing the community
Shopping, Cleaning and Companionship among other things.
Our general Aim is to assist our Service Users to live independently in their own homes with a little support from ourselves to do so and to a high standard.
Competitive rates of pay above National Living Wage
Rates of Pay:
£12 per hour weekdays up to 7pm
£14 per hour weekdays after 7pm and all day at the weekend
£15 Per hour holiday cover (weekends only)
£18-£21 per hour (time and half) Bank Holidays
£24-£28 Christmas Day Boxing Day and NY Day
We also Pay a call charge of £1.75 per call/client you go to towards travel expenses
