Mechanical Design Engineer

A freelance Mechanical Design Engineer is being sought by a top Leeds based building services design consultancy to join their team on a hybrid basis.
We're coming into holiday season while they also have several project awards pending, so this 3 month contract could easily extend to become a much longer term gig.
You will be working on commercial, education and healthcare schemes that are at different stages of completion with the plan being for you to stay involved with the same projects and provide continuity.
Based to the north side of Leeds they are within walking distance of a local train station, have parking nearby and as a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll be joining a supportive team.
Your key attribute when applying is your building services knowledge and mechanical building services design ability. Being able to use Revit would be useful, but is by no means essential. Having knowledge of Hevacomp or other standard packages is definitely more important however!
The contract is yet to be confirmed as in or out of IR35 and is for a minimum term of three months.
