Community Support Worker - Nottingham (Permanent, Contract, Full Time, Part Time)

Fosse Support Services are currently looking for 2 Part TimeCommunity Support Workers. In order to be eligible for the position you must have a full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.

The role could involve the following:

- Medication support

- Community based activities

- Attending the day service with the client

- Emotional support

- Meal preparation and assistance

- Assisting or supporting with finances

- Accurate record keeping & meeting individual’s needs

Our client would need support for the following days/times:

Monday: 4pm - 6.30pm

Tuesday: 3.30pm - 6.30pm

Wednesday: 09:25am - 3pm & 3.30pm - 6.30pm

Thursday: 09:30am - 3:30pm & 4pm - 6.30pm

Friday: 3.30pm - 6.30pm
