- Our Community Service team is seeking kind, enthusiastic and dedicated Support Workers that want to make a difference while supporting our clients and their families

- As a Service, we offer shifts rather than short appointments. The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skills, being independent, and supporting with daily tasks - it may include supporting and prompting; daily exercise, attending appointments, engaging in arts and crafts activities, visits to the seaside, local and theme parks and much more. Our service users reside at home and are very active in the local community. With our current clients personal care isn't required however they made need prompting
- Observing the dynamics within clients’ residences, allowing for better tailored care and top-notch reporting
As each client is different, their needs are different, and therefore the care is tailored to their requirements. This is to help people stay in their own homes, with their friends & loved ones close at hand, and not having to go to a hospital or care home. A caring nature is an advantage, full training is given. A DBS check is mandatory for the position, The minimum transport requirement is a push bike, but a car would be very useful.
