Role
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and the wider C-suite
- Assist with the preparation of board papers and minute taking
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
- Handle correspondence, collate information and write reports
- Organise, prepare agendas for, and take minutes of board meetings
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and take appropriate action
- Manage and store corporate documentation effectively
