SalaryWe are working with an international professional services firm who are looking for a CGI qualified Company Secretarial professional to join their team in Birmingham.
As Company Secretarial Manager you will have responsibility for advising staff on all aspects of Company Secretarial work, undertaking advisory work for clients, undertaking compliance work as necessary and supervising junior staff. You will also liaise with, and support, Company Secretarial Managers and staff in other offices as necessary.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a major point of contact within the firm for Company Secretarial compliance and advisory work.
- Act as lead support in respect of sales and marketing for the Southern Region Company Secretarial function, along with participation in national Company Secretarial initiatives with the wider Company Secretarial team.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training of the Company Secretarial team.
To be successful in this role, you will be fully CGI qualified with experience in a managerial position in a professional services firm and have experience using Diligent Entities.
This role operates a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week.
