Company Secretarial Manager to manage a team and deliver compliance and advisory work to clients. As a
Company Secretarial Manager in the Business Services team, you will work closely with other teams (such as Corporate Insolvency lnsolvency, Tax, Forensics and Accounts) and have responsibility for:
- Advising staff on all aspects of Company Secretarial work.
- Delivering advisory work for clients (for example within Corporate Simplification and projects related to incorporating companies).
- Conducting rigorous project and financial management on all projects.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff (4 direct reports in the office).
- Liasing with and supporting Company Secretarial Managers and staff in other offices as necessary.
- Taking ownership of all aspects of service delivery from client take on to completion of a job ensuring that all assignments to a high quality and within agreed timescales.
- Proactively contributing to the management of all Company Secretarial business development activity - pricing new opportunities, production of proposals and collaborating on the day-to-day management of the pipeline of opportunities.
Candidates must be qualified (CGI/formerly ICSA) and possess experience in a managerial position firm in a
Professional Services Firm or a dedicated
Company Secretarial provider (the role involves delivery to and management of a high volume of clients so the consulting/
Professional Services mindset is critical). You will also be able to demonstrate evidence of managing and developing staff - co-ordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling and appraising. This represents an outstanding opportunity for an individual in the
