Job Title:Company Secretary
Location: Folkestone - The offices are moving to Ashford this year. This is an office based role where you'll be part of an incredible team.
Salary: £60k - £65k
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, alongside the Managing Director

As the Company Secretary your duties would be:
- Supporting the Managing Director of a group that owns two subsidiaries based in Kent and France
- FCA compliance
- Company policy reporting
- Task scheduling
- Admin support
- Minute taking and holding meetings when the Managing Director is unavailable
- Ensuring structured meeting notes are in place and ensuring the team are held accountable to their responsibilities.
- Supporting the business with your experience to take the company to the next professional level
- Monitor and report on Environmental, Social and Governance
As the Company Secretary your position is ultimately to ensure that the company operates within all financial, legal and statutory regulations. As well as completing the administrative tasks with the Managing Director to attain the highest quality of reporting, governance, and document management.
Skills required:
- A wealth of professional experience as a Company Secretary
- Experience working within a regulated company within the Private sector
- Experience supporting a Managing Director with Admin tasks
- Familiarity with all financial, legal, and statutory requirements of a company
- A proactive, critical thinking approach is crucial
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, strong problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task is a must have!
